Hi, I’m Jessica Phillips—a Licensed Professional Counselor in training and former addictions counselor who spent years helping people find clarity in the middle of chaos. Before that, I owned and operated a successful Krav Maga and fitness studio where I taught thousands of women how to find strength and confidence they didn’t even know they had.
I’m also a mom of twins, an entrepreneur, a lifelong learner, and the kind of person who’s somehow always working three jobs, volunteering, serving on boards, and still wondering if I’m doing enough. If that sounds familiar, you’re in the right place.
